Pulau Ling is said to have the largest boulders in Malaysia, boulders the size of 25 meters across known as mammoth Porites.

Pulau Ling is a small island with two large coral bommies which are reputedly the largest in the Malay Peninsula. They are over 100 years old and the largest is over 25m wide. Maximum depth is 20m. The coral head are home to masses of marine life including angel fish, butterfly fish, sweetlips, pufferfish, parrotfish and Moorish idols. North of Pulau Ling is a rocky outcrop called Batu Chipor that reaches the surface and is covered wuth coral, sponges, seafans and seawhips.

If you like diving on a pretty coral dive site then this one will not disappoint you. Coral covers quite a large area; so it is a little big to tackle in one dive unless you are exceptionally good on air. It has a great variety of marine life including sharks and turtles.
